How to fix Drest app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Drest app on iPhone
Update Drest app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Drest iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Drest on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Drest network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Drest Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Drest not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Drest App
1. On android, goto Settings » Drest » click [Force Stop]

Update Drest to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Drest App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Drest » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Drest.

Fix Drest unable to contact server/ Drest internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Drest » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Drest » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Drest
