This company is quite a terrible example of AI or a brokerage app. They consistently make excuses as to why they ‘aren’t Robinhood’. To start, in 2022, I tried to log into my account and somehow I was logged into the CEO’s trading account. It took weeks to get anyone to realize that I was inadvertently logged into the wrong account. Each time I started a ticket explaining that I was logged into the wrong account, they told me they disregarded my messages because they assumed it was spam. Using the AI Smartfolio, to begin was free. Then as of July 2024, they began charging $7/month to use it. If you make a trade inadvertently, you won’t be able to cancel the transaction within iFlip . You’ll have to put in a support ticket for that. I outperformed their AI with my manual trades. That being said, I just liquidated all of my positions in this app and will not be returning. Their app is terrible, their customer service is so slow and their AI underperformed, compared to the stocks I chose manually. No thanks!

iFlip is so buggy that I’m not even able to complete my account details. It crashes all the time. Also, the UI/UX is soooo bad that I have to figure out which one is a button and which one is just a text. I had heard good things about the investment with iFlip but can’t do anything as the way you guys have made iFlip is making it really hard for customers. You have an opportunity, do better!

This is the 2nd time in less than a year that I’ve been unable to login to my account. Remote bot email help center takes days to get anywhere. It has been over a week and still no resolution. I would not recommend this app

App doesn’t allow you to select “default” free portfolio. Automatically upgrades you as your creating our account and then crashes if you try to edit what type of plan you want. Fishy, feels like a scam

I did the manual trading.
But they switched with out telling everyone about a broker change. And I had two orders that never executed for days. Till I reached out to the devs.
Also have had a withdrawal say and was completed but I never received it in the bank. From the time you sell a stock, and have the money put into your buying power it takes what feels like an entire week before you can trade again. If you can handle how slow iFlip takes to settle the money. By all means use it. After 3 months of trying it, I’m going back to swing trading on td Ameritrade.

Please how do I verify my account fully ?

I guess I expected more based on all the hype about AI. iFlip works well though the information/feedback on performance is weak (IMO). While I haven’t lost money. In deference to the company my investment is minimal on purpose because I want to level set my expectations with reality.

When is options trading gonna be available ,?or is available on iFlip right now if yes how do we access it

this app has proven to be a very cool up and coming fin tech company. I am invested in their Smartfolios and am up over 20% on the year. Their risk management algorithms do work and are great long term investment vehicles... also, their customer service team is on point. Whenever I submit a ticket I hear back very quickly. 5-stars. Cant wait to see where this company goes from here!

Wow, iFlip is really cool! I like how easy it is to use and leverages technology to automatically trade for me. I have used many other investment apps, but none that offer these features. The preset portfolios make it easy to pick stocks, it includes automated risk management and provides much better performance than other products I have used.

Any time I have a question for customer service, they get back to me right away. I'm not used to that on ticket support, so I love it. They're constantly rolling out new updates and it's shaping up to have great features. I really enjoy how responsive they are both in service and feedback.

Honestly I was hesitant about using an app like this, but it was suggested to me by a friend. It was beyond easy to use and has showed great return after testing it over the last couple weeks. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I’ve been using iFlip for almost a year now and I recently opened up a RoTH account as well in this app. I have peace of mind knowing my money is growing and will be safe in the event of big dips in the market.

I’ve been using this app for 5 months and am very pleased with how easy iFlip is to use. I came with zero knowledge about stocks and trading but was able to get started right away. I feel more knowledgeable now, and have used this app for both short and long term trading. My portfolio is up over 20% since I started (and that’s including some mistakes I made with silly trades as I was experimenting). Very happy overall!!

Awesome easy to use professional risk management tool. Reasonable pricing and quick response knowledgeable customer service with pleasant humans. My account is up 30% over last 12 months.

I love how iFlip allows me to use AI to take the guesswork out of my investments. It’s nice to know the AI has me covered and i don’t have to spend all day managing my account. Definitely would recommend to everyone!
