How to fix FedRecruit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FedRecruit app on iPhone
Update FedRecruit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FedRecruit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FedRecruit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FedRecruit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FedRecruit Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FedRecruit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FedRecruit App
1. On android, goto Settings » FedRecruit » click [Force Stop]

Update FedRecruit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FedRecruit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FedRecruit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FedRecruit.

Fix FedRecruit unable to contact server/ FedRecruit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FedRecruit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FedRecruit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FedRecruit
