I made a transfer of 30,000 which I was debited but it never dropped on the account I sent it to
This is more than 3months now and yet nothing have been done about it which I’ve filed so many complaints about this and still nothing
So Sparkle or bank is a thief and I’m very pained about it 😡😤😭

I have been having issues today when I transfer to my people ,either they receive it lately or the money we be deducted and reversed back later since yesterday

If possible I will not have rate Sparkle any star because it absolutely does not worth it at all...
Imagine I transfer 40,540 naira to other banks and the funds have been deducted from my available balance and they’re not showing on my activities and my statement of account is claiming I have #40,540 as my available balance while my available balance it Sparkle is showing me #490
I’ve sent mail to there support mail times without number I’m not getting any response since
I’ve been stuck this without getting any response from Sparkle even there Indy chat is responding out of what I’m saying entirely

I opened an account and requested 3 virtual cards successfully however, since I logged out I am unable to log back in. This is because Sparkle keeps trying to sign me up rather than log me in. It requests for my BVN and when I supply it, I get an error message saying it’s already linked to an existing account.

I’ve been using this app for a while now , close to a year … first it started with my 10k disappearance , then I recommended it to my friend and he lost 15k , same with two of my friends , now I have a large sum in my account and they placed a PND (post no debit) on my account for no reason and no warning received … you know they craziest part ?… they got no contact phone number ….they only got a lame robot that responds 😡..I beg you please DO NOT USE this app ITS SCAM!.

I thank God I was able to check the reviews and other people comments on it before sending my 100k to the Len. I have verified all the 3levels and yet I’m afraid to use the bank. They do not have a phone number to call neither an active email that they can reply on time. I have sent them mails for more than a week now and nothing is happening. This is really not good at all.. let me continue with my KUDA biko 😂

Sparkle does not have customer respect they will take your little 50. Naira without permission and not a trace why are guy people stealing from your users ? Sparkle owners must look into the workers they have bad customer service and like to take off money from my accounts without history you won’t find the debit of what they will take

Ok so it’s been a long time since I’ve been using Sparkle and I would like to say that it has been amazing experience with this app buh these days I don’t know if it’s Sparkle or the bank itself that has been having issues, like it glitches and I can’t even make transactions properly, I made a transaction which my client didn’t receive so I reported the transaction only for me to see that Sparkle is unable to open my email. It’s very weird please and also sometimes it logs me out totally from Sparkle which is very strange cause I haven’t seen that happened before. Please y’all guys should look into that issue and fix it buh other than that, it’s been an amazing experience with you guy and I am hoping you guys do better, thank you.

I love this app, it’s so easy to use but I’d would have given 5 stars if the limit of 500,000 per transaction or transfer has been lifted 😞

this app is a mobile bank that is fast and reliable

this app just makes spending money so much easier. It’s hard to go back to any other banking app after experiencing this app

I have had this with this app but they always come through.. a little delay here and there but at the end of the day they come through. They are constantly improving and putting in modern ways of banking for sure. They are good.. we fight like family would but we always settle at the end of the day. You can trust them with your money I run a personal and company account with them.

I sent money to my this app from my access bank but I haven’t seen my money I need feedback

I real love the simplicity of the workflow screens and language. Payment and Savings options are cool..my favorite functionality has to be Sparklepay.....for today. More functionality coming up.

I love everything including the customer service…if your receiver doesn’t receive the sent amount in time, if you make a complaint, it gets reversed in literally minutes….keep the good work up and keep my money safe most importantly

Loving it so far. Don’t like to share my bank account number with everyone. this app makes me feel even more safe with the ability and flexibility it provides it’s customers. Can’t wait to see upgrading the source funds for the this app account to no longer require a transfer but a secure connection to the bank account directly. This will improve the customer experience a lot.
