How to fix Fyro app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fyro app on iPhone
Update Fyro app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fyro iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fyro on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fyro network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fyro Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fyro not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fyro App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fyro » click [Force Stop]

Update Fyro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fyro App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fyro » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fyro.

Fix Fyro unable to contact server/ Fyro internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fyro » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fyro » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fyro
