How to fix Remote app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Remote app on iPhone
Update Remote app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Remote iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Remote on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Remote network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Remote Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Remote not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Remote App
1. On android, goto Settings » Remote » click [Force Stop]

Update Remote to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Remote App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Remote » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Remote.

Fix Remote unable to contact server/ Remote internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Remote » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Remote » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Remote
