I downloaded Remote and it did not work at all. Every time I open Remote , it closes in a few seconds. When Remote was open, it did not let me press any buttons. Remote itself needs to be upgraded and I would not recommend this to anyone.

You guys must know after seeing all the comments to NOT get Remote. It crashes and there are pop ups. You cannot even use the remove it’s a scam for more downloads. Repeat: Do NOT get!

Tried installing as I lost my firestick this app. App clearly states no this app needed yet when installing it asks you to use original this app to go to settings. If I had this app I wouldn’t be trying this. Also, I’ve messaged twice (after tapping “talk to human” icon). There is no human-you’re sent to messaging, which as of 4 days ago, there’s been no reply. States they’ll reply in 1 day. Save your time and frustration. Too bad I have to give 1 star in order to submit review. 0 is accurate

Worse this app ever don’t ever download Remote. I need Remote cuz I don’t have a battery on my actual Fire Stick TV this app so I have to use Remote for now till I buy the batteries Remote it doesn’t even connect to my tv at all

i used it on my BRAND NEW fire stick bc the this app came broken. i ordered the new this app though🤞. it was very delayed and i had a WONDERFUL time with the ads every 5-10 seconds. i understand this company needs to make money but maybe if they made a better working app, i’d be okay with it. tip: give video ads instead of constant pop ups

I accidentally spilled acetone on my bed and somehow on my this app and it was hard to use at first but the buttons have finally unstuck and are able to use except for the top button which you have to press really hard for it to even go up (I think it’s broken) but I was looking for a free app to help with my problem so I download this one right.... but... the pop ups are ridiculous and keeps freezing and won’t even let me click out of Remote ..... it’s so FRUSTRATING! All I want to do is be able to watch my fire stick and I’m having a real problem doing so ...

I really hope there’s someone so wily they managed to use the remotes without it popping up an ad that you can’t minimize.
I quit Remote each time. 7 minutes later I still can’t use the this app.
I purchased it—it’s deceptive to “nag” or pester the user with ads as punishment so one gets so fed up they “forced” to buy Remote .
It was only $1.99 but it wasn’t worth the aggravation.
I’m deleting Remote , never using it again—but giving a BMW and is review do that the developers don’t use this tactic anymore to sell an app.
That’s BS.

Wanted to try this out and it offered a 3 day free trail but won’t let me cancel Remote before that. There’s no resources online on how to cancel. So I am going to be charged for an app I didn’t like. I hope the owner of Remote can contact my so I can cancel Remote.

Isn’t there anything that just works? The ad says it works directly. So I download it, and then it asks for the original this app. If I still had the original this app, I wouldn’t need Remote. Unbelievable!

I installed Remote and was treated to an ad every 5 to 10 seconds. Fair enough, they have to make money right? Having an ad play while you’re trying to type in a search adds another five minutes to any kind of search you’re doing. So I paid 2 bucks for the ad free app. I’m not sure if it’s Remote or my internet that lags but when I press and “buttton” it takes a second for that action to show up on the tv. Other than that, Remote works really well. Do yourself a favor and pay the 2 dollars for the full app to get rid of the ads.

I understand as a free app you need ads for your app to stay up. But why whenever I use the this app, a video ad pops up all the time, not allowing me to get to my destination in a timely matter like using a regular this app.
But what’s really funny is when the application is open, and I’m not using the this app, no video ads play.
