Just downloaded the app and doing the upgrade but the app keeps crashing. Not able to open it at all. Just updated my IPhone 14 pro max to the lasted update. Help! Any Tips? Would love to try this app. Thanks!

How to fix StepDog app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the StepDog app on iPhone
Update StepDog app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall StepDog iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix StepDog on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve StepDog network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

StepDog Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix StepDog not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the StepDog App
1. On android, goto Settings » StepDog » click [Force Stop]

Update StepDog to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear StepDog App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » StepDog » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart StepDog.

Fix StepDog unable to contact server/ StepDog internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click StepDog » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto StepDog » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch StepDog
