- iPad's cursor cannot be hidden while controlling another computer

- On-screen keyboard pops up unnecessarily when using Screens with a Bluetooth-connected Apple Keyboard

- Toolbar that includes the only way to gracefully terminate the session is shoved to the top and then scrolled out of the window, obscuring both part of the Remote Desktop

- Some users have reported issues with waking up their Mac Mini from an outside network

- May require a keyboard for better control, especially when using multiple spaces per monitor

How to fix Screens app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Screens app on iPhone
Update Screens app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Screens iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Screens on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Screens network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Screens Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Screens not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Screens App
1. On android, goto Settings » Screens » click [Force Stop]

Update Screens to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Screens App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Screens » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Screens.

Fix Screens unable to contact server/ Screens internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Screens » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Screens » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
