For close to 40 years, I have been trying to meditate and in the last 10 days, with this app, I have made great strides than I have in the last 40 years.
One of the first things I heard about mediations, years ago was, just sit there with your eyes closed and try to internally see your 3rd eye. I had no idea what they were talking about?
Over the years, I would try to ask so called “seasoned meditators” question and basically what I was told was, “Stick with it kid, you’ll get it!” Ahhh yea, I don’t know anything about guns either, and applying that same advice could easily get me shot in the head!
I stumbled onto FitMind, or it found me at last and THANK GOD! This Liam guy, in 10 days, has answered more questions, and has 10 me things which I never knew. I honestly am starting to feel more peace in my life. I am looking at my angry out burst differently and over all, I am becoming gentler with myself and those around me.
I am using FitMind twice a day, once as soon as I get up, and once in the evening. Listen to the lesson first, and then go into the practice. I am so pleased with FitMind and my progress and I hope it continues.
I look forward to continuing onwards, getting better and stronger and going deeper into meditation, and the work this Liam does.
