I used grid for a quick fix of $50 I paid it back the same day I was given the advance just while more money was deposited given I was out of state and didn’t want over draft. I then cancel right away only having GridMoney for 3 days. And I am told I cant cancel until I pay a monthly membership fee. I understood this was stated but I also have not had or used GridMoney more then a month so to pay for a full month versus being charged at least lower then the month seems crazy! Why would it make sense to pay a monthly fee then cancel ? I’d understand if I had used it for the month! Ridiculous

I’ve had GridMoney downloaded but haven’t had the energy to delete until today once I remembered & noticed I’ve been stuck on repaid for almost 2 months now lol. Customer support never responds it’s like I’ve been talking to myself from what it seems “1 tO 2 bUsSiNeSs DaYs” it’s been way pass that time frame guys😭! I’ve updated GridMoney just recently thinking it was a bug but nope GridMoney still says repaid and the support chat says my payment has been successful & I can get a new advance but STILL on the advance screen it says repaid. Pls . Fix. The. App. Now that I look at these reviews I should’ve read b4 downloading. Cause I’m paying $10 monthly for a repaid status screen???... ALSO THEY ARE NOT WORKING ON A CASHBOOST THEYVE BEEN SAYING IT FOR MONTHS IN THE REVIEWS FOR DAMAGE CONTROL

I was charged for a subscription but was not able to use GridMoney to acquire a cash boost. GridMoney prompted me that there was an error with my account. When I reached out to customer service they told me they were not able to resolve the issue and no refund would be issued due to me reading the terms and agreement. How then could I be charged for something and not be able to utilized the service. I’ve asked for a refund, but instead was told that they are sorry and hope that I would continue using their services after telling them I would not. I understand wanting to be cordial and professional but it is asinine and patronizing. If I could have GridMoney removed from GridMoney Store I would. Please do not use GridMoney.

Goodluck canceling your account with Grid once you realize GridMoney is trash. $10 a month for a $30 loan, LOL. I’ve attempted to cancel and guess what, they still charge my card $10. So I changed debit card and had to do process a charge back. Now guess what, the will process an ACH payment. I had to call Wells Fargo and block them from any and all future debits. Wells Fargo has advised me to write a review on the BBB website because these type of “startups” don’t play by any rules. Grid won’t get my $ however I’ve had to jump through hoops to get them blocked from attempting to steal money from my account. If I ever meet someone from GridMoney in person, it’s on. You can’t steal money and expect a pass. Do yourself a favor and pass on this scam.

Don’t waste your time I’ve successfully done everything and have even been approved for a boost it was only 30 bucks but this is the sixth time that it’s approved me and the last few times it was only three days before I just deleted GridMoney FaceTime it’s been five days send out my boss is going to my bank account it’s too late I don’t need it anymore but will you please delete my account and grid will not for the life of me I’ve asked over and over and over to please delete my information only my bank account and deactivate it and they will not do it I don’t know what to do about it but Grids garbage! Please unlink my bank and delete my account for the millionth time!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never write reviews but GridMoney is horrible. You pay $10 monthly for a $50 boost. In app customer support doesn’t work because they do not respond. My boost has been pending for a week but they have no issues collecting a repayment on time along with the $10 that’s charged multiple times. This is foolishness and probably one of the worst pay advance apps on the market. STAY AWAY! Earning and Brigit are wayyy better with higher boosts. GridMoney actually ends up costing more than it’s worth and they make it impossible to cancel. I’ll be calling my bank to dispute the charges. @ the developer don’t tell me to reach out to support when I’ve stated multiple times that no one from support has helped me

Okay, so I’ve been using this service for the past few months with no issue. All of a sudden they are saying I no longer qualify for their services because they can’t find consistent deposits. Since I’ve been using their services I’ve had the same bank account and job. When I reached out to them to ask them what is going on this was the response I got.
“Hi, our risk model is always being updated, and unfortunately, it looks like your account did not meet the new criteria.”
Which is just so strange to me. Anyway use something else because you can qualify one day and not qualify the next.

I’ve been looking for an app like this for a while grid has been a real life saver! it’s definitely came in handy when me and my family have needed it most! All the other payday loan app charge you so much to borrow so little and it doesn’t seem like you can ever keep up. I’ve been able to borrow and pay back my loan multiple times and borrow with just a click! Thank you guys at grid for being there when we needed it most!!!!!! The only thing I could recommend would be supporting non-W2 workers like myself that would help as well but other than that I wouldn’t change a thing!!!

Thanks to grid, I was able to pay my rent on time, and I had a little extra money to play with. Not only did they save me from expensive overdraft fees, but they also helped me get more money on my paychecks by using the tax withholding feature. I would recommend this to anyone who could use a little help before their next payday.

Convenient and user friendly! Definitely helps you out when you need it with very little fees! I would highly recommend it!!!! I was skeptical at first but now it’s came in handy in those unexpected moments. Also customer service is always great about communicating back which I personally like because I’ve had many questions go unanswered on other apps.

I love the advance service that GRID provides! And they won’t take the advance if you don’t have the funds available on the auto draft date. They will make sure and take it out when the funds are available:) They have your back! They won’t overdraft your account! :) awesome app I would definitely recommend GridMoney to friends and family. :)

I like grid because it's incredibly user friendly
and has helped out a jam .There are no hidden
charges . They automatically take the payment from your account on your payday and give you a receipt then you can get another advance right away ! You can even connect your
payroll provider so that you have access to
your paycheck early if you choose.

I've been a customer with Grid about 2-3 months. There are a few bad reviews, but everyone has a differenr experience. So far with a few small issues, I can say the support team with Grid has been nothing but helpful. I messaged the chat with my concerns that were responded to within a day or two. I'm enjoying GridMoney that truly follows their increasing the approved boost after seeing consistent payback towards previous requests.

For a while I Verne hearing about how my friends and family use these apps to get or maybe a little extra cash for sone social time with friends or buying my mom some flowers for her birthday. Well I gotta say GridMoney is awesome my brother told me about it and so i looked into it and every thing good he said about it was right. Thank you Grid you have another new loyal customer end I will for sure spread the word.

This is by far the best app for a paycheck boost. It works off your deposits and schedule from your connected bank. You can qualify for up to $200 and when the rewards program comes out you could increase it even more. Great application and I would recommend it to everyone. Additionally you can get a boost on the taxes you would pay in before your refund at the end of the year. Awesome!!!

I just discovered grid a few weeks ago. It is very simple. You can get a cash advance before your next pay check. The money is transferred in a reasonable amount of time and the repayment processing does not take forever like some apps. Also they will not repay your advance automatically without checking your bank account first for sufficient funds. They will not overdraft your account. Also there are opportunities to increase your boost. There is also a feature that assesses your taxes. All in all, Grid looks out for you!

Great company. It shouldn’t take a month to get a $10 pay increase. It should be based on how much money you keep in your bank account and how often you pay back. Overall outstanding company. You can pay the money back get it again. The only problem with that is that there should be an instant button to get the money asap with a possible fee for a faster process.

I was kind of skeptical of GridMoney at first but once I gave it a try I absolutely love it now. They make it so easy to get a cash advance and if you don’t have enough in your account to pay it back you don’t even have to stress because they’ll keep checking your account until you do have the money to pay it back which not other cash advance apps do that. I will continue to use Grid for as long as they’re available.

In response to writing a review for Grid I find the software to be great in all aspects the only problem I have is that when they say you’re entitled to a boost sometimes it can take up to three days that would be my only disappointment because when you’re looking for a boost it’s because there’s a problem and you need money instantly other applications give you the money instantly I hope This is something in the near future that grid is working on thank you

GridMoney comes in handy, true to words. Download it and sign up. At first i was curious how they can help, once i got an advance it was legit. No interest fees no nothing… Get an advance and pay them back, if not enough money in your account to pay back they will just take a small portion out of your account, and will notify you that they did just that, if you have any questions or concerns that chat service is always available and quick to respond back. I was surprised they replied back they same day!

Useless. App is crap. I really needed money because of everything going on in the world and I feel like this is another fake app. Its SHADY. They say I qualify. Than after entering my work info and logging in with my time card GridMoney said i wasn’t eligible. It’s a load of crap. Probably stealing money.
