Your app is not working , it's just a blank screen. I'm in able to log in. I really need an advance but I can't log in . I tried uninstalled the app and re download it but still nothing

I got logged out of the app now it says my account is not setup to use the Grid app, continue to use the Visor app. For one I don’t even know what that is and two I was already signed in on the Grid app before I got logged out.
