Worst service just don’t waste your time

I’ve had this app downloaded but haven’t had the energy to delete until today once I remembered & noticed I’ve been stuck on repaid for almost 2 months now lol. Customer support never responds it’s like I’ve been talking to myself from what it seems “1 tO 2 bUsSiNeSs DaYs” it’s been way pass that time frame guys😭! I’ve updated the app just recently thinking it was a bug but nope the app still says repaid and the support chat says my payment has been successful & I can get a new advance but STILL on the advance screen it says repaid. Pls . Fix. The. App. Now that I look at these reviews I should’ve read b4 downloading. Cause I’m paying $10 monthly for a repaid status screen???... ALSO THEY ARE NOT WORKING ON A CASHBOOST THEYVE BEEN SAYING IT FOR MONTHS IN THE REVIEWS FOR DAMAGE CONTROL

Horrible Customer Service

I was charged for a subscription but was not able to use the app to acquire a cash boost. The app prompted me that there was an error with my account. When I reached out to customer service they told me they were not able to resolve the issue and no refund would be issued due to me reading the terms and agreement. How then could I be charged for something and not be able to utilized the service. I’ve asked for a refund, but instead was told that they are sorry and hope that I would continue using their services after telling them I would not. I understand wanting to be cordial and professional but it is asinine and patronizing. If I could have this app removed from the App Store I would. Please do not use this app.

Grid will steal your $

Goodluck canceling your account with Grid once you realize this app is trash. $10 a month for a $30 loan, LOL. I’ve attempted to cancel and guess what, they still charge my card $10. So I changed debit card and had to do process a charge back. Now guess what, the will process an ACH payment. I had to call Wells Fargo and block them from any and all future debits. Wells Fargo has advised me to write a review on the BBB website because these type of “startups” don’t play by any rules. Grid won’t get my $ however I’ve had to jump through hoops to get them blocked from attempting to steal money from my account. If I ever meet someone from this app in person, it’s on. You can’t steal money and expect a pass. Do yourself a favor and pass on this scam.
