Hello; I am totally blind and I am having trouble using parts of the tapo app due to the app in some areas are not accessible with voiceover. For example when I encounter most of the buttons, they are not labeled so I know what area they will take me to. I was wondering if you all could take a look at the app and see if you could get the app to play nicely with Voiceover for IOS? I would greatly appreciate it if this could be achieved. We purchased the tapo link cameras 2024, 3 of them which were working perfectly and giving notifications so we decided to purchase the Tapo Doorbell D30S1 2024 as we are elderly this really made us feel safer. I was getting notifications to my mobile phone when there was detection which worked really well. However when i did the update which came on the app, now I am not getting any notiifcations at all despite the cameras working and I can see that they have all recorded but no notifications to my phone anymore. This has now rendered the doorbell useless as I never know who is knocking or delivering or scamming etc. I just have to open the door if I do not have my phone on me. This was also a great doorbell for when I am on the stair lift I couild use the doorbell app to let them know I will be there shortly. Now I cant. Can you help. My iphone is working perfectly well and is a new model and I have checked everything on there.

I have a Tapo C200 and I am very satisfied with this excellent product with one exception, when you edit the events and touch the delete button on the phone, it delets the whole of the history, I think a slight modification to the software would be to have a 'ARE YOU SURE' before you confirm that you want to delete the memory. My C310 camera cannot be connected to the WIFI. During the course of trying to connect to the WiFi …..the response from the app connection process is….NO AVAILABLE 2.4GHz WIFI NETWORKS AROUND!!!!! My Broadband supplier is SKY and following an investigation it was found that my broadband service is working perfectly. Obviously if l can’t get a satisfactory response from TAPO the product will have to be returned. Please advise ASAP. Many thanks.

Memory card slot is not working

i have already bought and installed c310 camera and was successful, i bought again c200 for my living room. my main concern is i can not add camera c200 to c310 tapo apps.
