Rexton App Status

I'm no longer able to display or use any Programs other than Automatic.

With the Rexton app, I am hearing all sounds from my paired Samsung Galaxy S21 through my hearing aids, EXCEPT I am not hearing the INCOMING RINGTONE on phone calls though my aids any longer.

Bluetooth says connected in app, but phone system says not connected. Cannot stream or get calls in ear.

Just got new Rexton hearing aids BiCore R-Li, and the app for Android I managed with great difficulty to install programs at Universal 6, but without the name and application. Please use more application and use of the app, otherwise I will have to return the hearing aids.

When I try to open the app it opens very slow or not at all. I have to close out and try again. When it does open it responds so slowly that I can't adjust the aids quickly to assist my hearing environment

My hearing aids pair with my phone but the app doesn't recognize this, therefore I can't get past the pairing sequence of the app. Obviously this doesn't allow me to use any of the features of the app.

My paired hearing aids cannot be connected to the app.

Could not connect to my Pixel 6a then app is stuck on connecting. Cannot get back to volume controls, etc.

Battery test not working no beep

The Rexton app will not allow me to switch between the mode choices (auto; noisy and music). Is stuck in the automatic mode.

I am not hearing calls on my iphone in my aid any longer. I also have the app on my ipad, but it is turned off.

The app stopped working tonight I can get to the different programs but the slide bar does nothing to my hearing aid also the battery check will not work ,I don't get any beaps on the strength of battery. What do I do, I use this all the time I am awake

Nothing at all comes up when I touch the app. It just goes back to the app page. So no service at ALL. Very bad.

Volume will not stay at the inputted level

Bluetooth connection from phone to Hearing aids is completely unstable. Rexton app drops the connection after just an hour or so. Makes mask function totally unusable. This is especially problematic for android users.

Volume will not stay where i put it. Keeps going back to 0.
