I just paid the annual fee assuming the rating I read was legit, it was complete garbage. First off the scanner takes auto pics as well as allows you to manually take pics however all of the pics you take of documents come out blurry no matter how clear they are in the camera. The actual scanned document is blurry. This is unacceptable when dealing with legal documents. I was using Cam scanner but they all of a sudden decided to start charging for their Pdf files.... I want my money back & I’ll be going right back to them! I can’t seem to find any contact info to get a hold of these jokers to get a refund so I may be out of my money, brilliant strategy in their part for making a quick buck! Don’t make the same mistake I did, go a different route this app is horrible

I wanted to try this app to see if it would work for homeschooling I was forced to purchase before I could do “free trial” it charged me and never record my free trial I was charged right away which ok fine I need one anyways well I opened the app pushed scan and screen is blank wouldn’t do anything then a pop up saying purchase pro to use well you did charge me almost $40 already and came out of my account I uninstalled and reinstalled still same thing then shut off phone and still same thing I called apple they are refunding me my money please use caution if you get this app

App is not at all what was advertised. During the free trial non of my documents were created as PDFs as advertised, the only thing you can do is take a photo, crop it and save it. There’s no “scanning” to it. Your document will just be a picture you took on your phone. And when you go to settings to cancel subscription there’s nothing that pops up in setting to cancel subscription. Terrible service/ app. I’ve seen better scanner apps that allowed you to do all of what it listed for free, but I figured why not try the “professional” scanner app. Waste of time
