Unable to setup profile

The app has incorrect information on my profile (wrong birthday) and I’m unable to change it in the app. The only way to reach out to customer service is through a Mail link and you need to have the default iOS mail app in order to contact them, which I don’t have.
Different accounts for family members

This way it’s difficult for setup account for each family member , my wife just moved to USA and so she does not have SSN . They didn’t help to create an account for her. I hate this app for lacking important features

Who says house calls are a thing of the past?! Super convenient and friendly, I got connected to a doctor in no time and he was very attentive and caring. In about 45 minutes a nurse showed up at my house to do the testing he ordered and I found out I had the flu in and not COVID in about 5 minutes. They sent in tamiflu for me and my wife picked it up on her way home from work. I didn’t even have to leave my living room!!!!
