Get Pricing Info for Noora HealthI recently turned 65 and joined Medicare, through Kaiser. I am no longer eligible to use Stanford Health and would like to unsubscribe to the website and email notifications. Can you tell me how to do that?

Stanford health increasingly requires that I use this app for all medical issues and since they have info for health and insurance reasons they have all my personal data. This app is so not ready for prime time, it’s laughable. For instance, it makes appointments that neither I nor my doc requested. It sends text and redundant email reminders for these unrequested appointments. It sends text and redundant email reminders to look at test results which don’t exist. I guess it’s a situation of the shoemaker’s children having no shoes. Located in the heart of Silicon Valley and educating some of the world’s most brilliant software engineers, it appears that Stanford health has cut a lot of corners (including inadequate pre-publishing testing for glitches) on software engineering it’s very bad app.

What a total failure on behalf of Stanford Healthcare to create a video app for senior citizens to ONLY be able to use on mobile phones. I suspect it’s no problem for a Gen Z patient to talk with their Stanford Healthcare physician through a 5” phone LCD. EVERY other virtual meeting app works on larger screen computers including portals created for Physicans in other healthcare systems. But Stanford Healthcare forces patients to use a cell phone. Again ... another failure from Stanford Healthcare.

Overall, this app is fine. The main issue for my use is that the screen view does not rotate for landscape use. I use a keyboard with my iPad and every time I open the app I have to use it sideways or completely remove my iPad from the cover/keyboard. This is really a no-brainer, but here we are.
It is especially crappy when trying to use it for my online visits where the app stays in portrait mode. It is infuriating to have to constantly remove my iPad from its holder just in order to use this app.
Really not thought out. Don't you people use your own products? Time to find programmers who think and feel, and don't just sit there dreaming about their tesla in the parking lot... really.
