I have installed the inColor app and on the trial period Everything unlocked and I was able to use the different colours and brushes The next time I go onto my I Pad I go too use the InColor app all of the lockable brushes and colours are back to being locked . The weekly amount is pending to come out of my account yet I can not use everything. This needs to be rectified as I will not pay for an app that won’t work properly which is a shame as I really like the colours and the brushes . I look forward to a reply at your earliest convenience.Thank you Stephanie ..

How to fix InColor app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the InColor app on iPhone
Update InColor app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall InColor iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix InColor on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve InColor network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

InColor Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix InColor not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the InColor App
1. On android, goto Settings » InColor » click [Force Stop]

Update InColor to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear InColor App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » InColor » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart InColor.

Fix InColor unable to contact server/ InColor internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click InColor » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto InColor » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch InColor
