I have installed the inColor app and on the trial period Everything unlocked and I was able to use the different colours and brushes The next time I go onto my I Pad I go too use the InColor app all of the lockable brushes and colours are back to being locked . The weekly amount is pending to come out of my account yet I can not use everything. This needs to be rectified as I will not pay for an app that won’t work properly which is a shame as I really like the colours and the brushes . I look forward to a reply at your earliest convenience.Thank you Stephanie ..

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent InColor app issues:

Force Stop the InColor App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click InColor app. » click "Force Stop".

Update InColor to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear InColor App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "InColor app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch InColor.

Fix InColor unable to contact server/ InColor internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click InColor » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got InColor » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
