Main content pictures loading freezes after I watch ad videos. Daily and collection pictures are ok.

I’ve had the Dazzly app for a very long time and had over 100 done in my gallery. It’s suddenly not working. Updates are done. I can bring it up and do just a little bit then it crashes. It does save what I’ve done though. ??
My daughter uses the dazzly app everyday and yesterday it crashes everytime she goes on it brings her to her home screen on her Ipad she is so frustated cause she loves to do the diamond art everyday.. she deleted the app and reinstalled and it still doesn't work.. Please help Thank you

My Dazzly opens then just crashes closes right away.
Have been using this app and really like it. I updated it today and now it starts to open a picture, it crashes. How to fix it.
I used this app daily for a long time and colored many many pictures. Then one day it started crashing. I deleted to restart it. I lost all my progress and pictures. It’s been a few months and every single time I open it crashes. I absolutely love this coloring app and can’t use it.

I have a Ipad. When I downloaded this app it would crash every time I picked a picture to color. Then the app told me to update it and it was great. But now it’s crashing on me when I push the app. I hope you can help me.,
Every time I do my software update on my IPad my Dazzly crashes any suggestions on how to fix this constant problem or is there a way I can contact them so I can resolve this annoying issue. I would appreciate any help. Thanks
Every time e I try to open the Dazzly app, it shuts right off, it’s done this for a few days.
I downloaded this app on my ipad for free, then I deleted the app, now I can not delete it from icloud which is taking too much space. Please let me know how to delete it from icloud. Thanks
It only kicks me out
Every time I update this app, it stops working. I’ve had to delete it and re-install it multiple times and I lose all my progress. This last update, the same thing happened but it still doesn’t work. It opens, I choose a picture and it automatically closes the app. Please let me know how to fix it. Thank you. Judith Palmatier
Crashes constantly with new update
App crashed so needed to delete and once I downloaded it again all of my data got lost. Plz help me restore all of my pictures
