I’ve always had trouble with keeping my skin in check, and I’ve tried so many different company’s and so far this app is the only one who has consistently helped and changed my skin for the better!! I used to have really bad breakouts EVERYWHERE on my face, but after like the first month of using this app I was already able to see differences in my skin!! It’s been a while since I started using it and now instead of constantly breaking out, I only really break out on my checks and noes, but I also play a sport that keeps sweat in those areas due to a helmet I have to wear, and even then this app does an awesome job at keeping my skin in check!! The only problem I’ve had was not being able to finish a whole tube of product before my next box comes, but after I expressed my concerns they were able to help me out and make this EVEN more tailored to me!! Over all I really recommend giving them a try and sticking with it, bc even if your results aren’t immediate, If you constantly follow what SkinCoach says, I guarantee you’ll see results!!

I’ve struggled with acne since I was in 5th grade and I wasn’t very thrilled when I got my first couple of intruders. They were annoying I tried EVERYTHING. Sometimes I would over cleanse just to see if the product would work faster but it only got worse from there. I had no confidence due to my skin but now that I’ve found this app I not only have an app to follow through with but you get your personalized formula sent to your door as well as wonderful support ! Love love love ! 10/10 would highly recommend to others !!!

Everything started off well, it came when it stated and had all the product inside for the free trial until now. I barely had a week with it and now I can’t login or recover my password.

I don’t know how SkinCoach does it, but my routine hits it out of the park every time I do the selfies. I’m impressed with my improvement - and with no redness scaling or peeling at all!

SkinCoach is life changing! Took a minute to decide what worked for me but I’m beyond obsessed now!

If your acne is mild or you don’t really have bad acne this may not be for you. This product really dries your skin out,and causes irritation. If you have really sensitive skin do not use this product. I have been using this for 4 days and I had to stop because it was drying my skin out and when ever I put lotion or any product on my face it burns a little.

Used a few of these, SkinCoach and product ñs are very good.

I first downloaded SkinCoach and received my first set of this app products about a month ago. I am now on my second kit of this app. I was waiting to see how things go during this time period to post my full review. I am now confident that I have been utilizing both the products along with SkinCoach for long enough now to write a truthful review. In terms of SkinCoach it’s self, I have not experienced any glitches with. SkinCoach works great, is very easy to use, and makes you feel like you have someone coming along on this journey with you which is so encouraging and motivational. Since I can sometimes be a forgetful person, I love how SkinCoach sends reminders to my phone since I frequently check it. I’ve been prone to missing my skincare routine often, but since I’ve been using this app I noticed that I’ve been using my skincare products more frequently, which definitely contributes to my improved skin! I would say thats this app goes beyond making just great products and part of the reason why it helped me see a difference in my skin is the technology used to remind you, see your improvements, and alter as needed. Sometimes it is scary starting a new skincare routine, as you don’t know. I also loved how I could see my progress over time, great app for anyone with mild acne that wants to improve their skin, but doesn’t know where to start, is clueless on what to do as it is so easy, or is forgetful like I am! It is also super easy to get a monthly shipment sent every month, so you don’t need to worry about running out and forgetting to restock!

With self isolation this is so good. Great way to do acne checks without going to the derm. And this help so much.

SkinCoach was working smoothly up until the “order processing” which I assumed was to process my skin type photos, but right after I was logged off and haven’t been able to log back on. Pretty sketchy, I’d say to not waste your time.

I’ve reviewed my order today and it app won’t let me press start routine. I would like to end my account because of this problem but I don’t know how and also because I don’t want my card information on SkinCoach no longer!

It won’t let me in SkinCoach . I’ve tried closing my windows, checking WiFi connection and restarting but it just won’t work.

I used SkinCoach for two months. I had the same problems at the beginning as everyone else, it wouldn’t let me log in or wouldn’t work at all. The camera almost never recognized my QR code. It also once wouldn’t let me leave the camera so I got a triple set of photos that day lol.

I got through all of the technical problems and did my check-ins diligently for 3 weeks, then got charged 3 weeks into my month long free beta trial. I understand now that they charge from the sign up date, but considering that most people can’t even use SkinCoach when they first get the products, how are you going to say that shipping time is part of the “trial” if there’s nothing to try? I already got this sorted out with the team, but I want people reading the reviews to know that you don’t actually have a month. Depending on how long it took your set to get to you, you have 2.5-3 weeks before getting charged or canceling your trial.

The products themselves are very basic. Nothing about the problem is actually customized, it’s the routine that gets “customized” for every person. I think they have maybe 2 or 3 versions of the treatment step but that’s as far as customization goes. The cleanser is a 2% salicylic acid wash and the moisturizer is very thin and I needed lots of it to feel hydrated, even on my oil skin. The treatment is benzoyl peroxide and it hurt my skin. even at 2.5% it was just too much for every night use. It might work better for some people but I don’t think it’s worth using.

I love the idea of SkinCoach and if it worked without glitches it would be so cool. It’s nice to have a photo diary of your skin clearing up. I do not think that the three products and SkinCoach are worth $45 a month though. I also wish you had a true 30 day trial. You can get products with the same active ingredients for a lot less and follow a cleanse-prep-treat-protect regimen and take your own pictures every week.

Like many others, I have used several suscription programs and apps during my acne journey. I won’t name the others, but suffice to say, this one beat out the rest. The cleanser includes a pretty smart QR code that corrects color on your selfies and SkinCoach measures irritation changes from last selfie, then adapts your routine. Products are shipped monthy instead of the bulky quarterly shipments, and change if required by the analysis. Well done, this app!

SkinCoach had a the survey about my acne with selfies and my routine and products were detailed, and I received my first box one day BEFORE it was supposed to arrive 😊 The only problem I had when I opened the box and tried everything was that it was frozen and couldn’t figure out why! Solved after a couple hours. SkinCoach told me what to do, I don’t think I would’ve ever picked the changes on my own, but that’s exactly why I wanted to try this. The pricing is a little high for my liking, but I’m still in the mindset that acne products shouldn’t cost more than $20 😂 Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and cannot wait to get my next box!

as soon as I became more serious about my acne, I also immediately got overwhelmed with all the different products and ingredients, and when what could be layered with what, and what should NEVER be layered with what. this took the guess work out of it, especially because I have sensitive skin. I still haven’t got it quite right but SkinCoach has changed my routine twice already. BUT ONE SUGGESTION!! please allow some way for us to enter the rest of our products... right now, I’m constantly toggling back and forth to Google for reference because my routine includes more products. this feature would just push SkinCoach over the edge, IMO... i’ve already recommended SkinCoach to a handful of girlfriends! thank you!!

I’ve struggled with heavy acne my entire life, but I’ve never gotten the hang of skincare routines — I didn’t know what order things went in, I never remembered all the steps and would miss vital products, and I would barely do my skincare in the morning, and then let my face be gunky all night. SkinCoach made the steps of a skincare routine very simple to understand and easy to follow (and now I’m actively fascinated by skincare!). Checking off the steps of my routine on an app made it SO easy to get into my twice daily pattern, and actually got me excited! It’s two months since downloading SkinCoach , and aside from acne scarring my face is clear. I couldn’t have done this without it :)

My doctor recommended a BPO regimen and tracking my acne with pictures countless times, but I never felt like it breaking out all the time. I'm giving this a try because it seems to have all I need, so far the products arrived ok and SkinCoach was great. Only thing: especially now during these times it would be a great help if you would offer a free trial for the subscription. I’d also love to have the possibility to log habits to look back and figure out break out triggers and ways to avoid them.

So far just from logging in SkinCoach has been smooth but that’s unfortunately how far I’m going to be able to go. I had signed up for the beta a couple days ago and today I was going to do the face scanning and what not to retrieve the testing kit but when I logged on to SkinCoach , it said my order was processing? I haven’t done anything yet to process an order haha. So as of now, it’s just stuck on a screen that says my order is processing and that I should press “Start Routine” when I retrieve it. I can’t back out or anything.

After scouring the internet trying to figure out what I should use when and with what, SkinCoach is a HUGE help. By inputting your picture it will automatically put products together into a regimen and send them to you e, and as you check in with more pictures, it will change the ones you should now *not* use in the regimen, I get a kit every month asnd not every three months like other products.

SkinCoach has been great in keeping me on track with my goals. It helps keep me accountable to do my skin routine knowing I’m taking my weekly picture and keeping me motivated to reach my goal. It’s simple to use and like how it has a photo diary feature to view before and after progress. Only thing I dislike is SkinCoach gets stuck until products are delivered, minor annoyance. I’ve recommended to my buddies having acne.

I normally never follow through with acne treatments but I’m already half way to go on their 12-week goal and I’ve improved already. It is costly but I feel that since I’m paying for something to motivate me I have to follow through. My favorite feature is weekly selfie and the treatment reminders. From a broke acne cursed college student that hates paying for things, SkinCoach is worth the payments!

I think this is great for you if you need guidance with acne after trying some products without success, esp. if acne is mild and you have a hard time settling into a daily routine. Not for me as I've had cystic acne for years. The camera is smart, all automatic and the tips and changes similar to what my doctor recommended. The suscription includes the products which are good and in pretty big sizes.

joined the this app beta since my acne been kinda bad lately, i was trying to find different things for my acne and see if anything worked up to what I needed and then i can make my own treatment of taking a picture. they change the treatment every week or so, and send you new products every month. it is kinda expensive though.

So the analysis done with the selfies is great and the products have worked well, I just wish this was not as expensive. I understand all the AI and so on is much more that just products like Proactiv and so on but it is higher than other products. The good news is that it's monthly so I paused it for 6 weeks and restarted after I broke out again. They are legit in that sense!

Wish I would not have waited so long to subscribe. I am a med student and have high expectations when looking for health apps. That being said, there is medical basis to finding the right product for me. SkinCoach is easy to navigate. I would highly recommend the kits since the ingredients and use is consistent with dermatology guidelines.

Could not afford to go to the dermatologist every time I broke out on the prescribed meds which were super expensive. This is def cheaper than that and am getting basically the same advice in terms of changes in routine. And they send me reminders so I think I've never been so into any treatment.

The weekly selfie and reminders finally got me doing the treatment which I always do intermitently. I got the second kit exactly a month after the first one but had not run out, so I guess I will have some extra. The support person said 8 weeks of treatment and I am on week 6, looking better.
