    Apps like from Papa Johns and Chick-Fil-A have huge advantages over this one in that their apps encourage me to place orders through the app and pretty much never have had an error. I only use this app because it is the only way to get the deals. But I have gone epsewhere when unable to make the app work. Once I have been tempted with a deal (say 2 large 1 toppings for $8.99 each) I will not be paying full price for the deal just because it took 4 attempts for the order to actually get to the checkout stage (3 to do auto-login with saved credentials and one more when it acted like it didn't like an item added to the order that had no customization).

    Bad attitude

    Pizza was great! Cashier was excellent! Someone in the back had a “Bad Attitude”. I walked in exactly when the APP stated the pizza would be ready. I checked with the cashier who was told they were just making it and it would be 8-10 minutes. I waited patiently. In the next 10-15 minutes she checked 2 or 3 more times. The lady in the back rudely informed her she only needed to check once and to back off. The cashier apologized to me for the comment. The pizza took a full 20 minutes from when I walked in the door which was way past what the APP said. The cashier did discount the price.

    Lots of New & Improved Updates

    A lot of people have submitted complaints recently, but most of those errors are fixed! It seems Casey’s is committing to regular updates which is awesome! And I’m sure anything else that was stripped will be added back even better based on the current updates!

    Pretty solid but

    This app works fairly well. No big issues other than the one I’m currently facing. If making a good order, the app needs real-time updates. It quoted me 45 minute wait for a single topping large pizza (which is already too long). When I got there, the store hadn’t began to even work on it. They quoted another 20 minutes. Having the app update or are least tell me that the order is number 2,000 in the queue would be helpful. Definitely having updates would be helpful. Youve got the technology, just do it now.

    Buggy, too many pop-ups

    Every time I submit an order I get a “SOMETHING WENT WRONG” message. It’s always been this way. This give a very uneasy feeling considering you’re charging money to my credit card. Also way too many pop-us of extras you have to X out of. Like they’re trying to trick you into ordering more

    I love the food items at Casey’s, and it is so easy to place an order. The order is placed easily and is always correct, tasty, and on time. I can pay online or in the store which is great cause sometimes I pay in cash and others I prefer to do online. Thanks Casey’s for making online orders so easy!!!

    Lack of customization options

    I wish I could do 2.5 stars. The app is good for ordering pizzas and stuff. Just some of the customizable options seems to lack options. Like when you customize a pizza you can either have marinara or no sauce. No options for any of their other pizza sauces. And some of the toppings don’t show up. And there is no area for special requests like having your pizza cooked well done, the only special request you can do is square cut.

    It’s fast and easy to use!

    The Casey’s app is great! Everything is self explanatory- therefore easy! It goes quickly through each step-therefore fast!

    Would have been five stars.

    I love Casey’s and I know the app is fairly new so it will have bugs, but they need to get worked out. I’ve not had any major problems except when I order ahead for a later time and want to pay at the store. It appears the order went through, but both times, the store never received the order. Please fix! Very frustrating.

    A needed improvement

    This is a good and handy app, but needs some updates. If you don’t choose a store location from the beginning, you can go through a whole order and have to redo everything at the end when it asks for store location. It needs to direct customers from the beginning to select this.

    Best pizza!

    I’ve thought Caseys has always had the best pizza! My only suggestion for the app is to have the option to select a pizza where I can choose to have made a half pepperoni and half sausage (half and half in general). I always have to call my order in (which is fine because the pizza is so good!)

    App Ordering Errors

    I love Casey’s pizza, but whenever I try to place an order with this app it has an error and doesn’t take me to the confirmation screen. I tried to place the order again, and the same thing happened. However, when I checked my email there were two confirmation emails. Please fix this app ordering so that I don’t have to call the store to cancel an order I didn’t want.

    I was always a fan of their pizzas but the last pizza I ordered my personal favorite a supreme mmmm. I got it home excited to enjoy it only to open it and be completely let down. It looked like it was just slopped together there were slices with so much you couldn’t pick it up others with lil but cheese. I haven’t been back since and have been ordering my pizzas from another pizza joint.

    Bring back the favorites

    If you just cleaned up the old app, you wouldn’t had to build a useless new app. I deleted when at a glance gas stations was no longer at a glance. When I had to go to the website to find the pizza special for the month when that should be the first thing you see. Not sure why things needed to be fix when it wasn’t broken. I think I even ordered the pizza from the browser and not even the app.

    Tip in the app after delivery

    I haven’t ran into any issues other than I wish I could tip in the app after delivery. I’ve pre tipped generously before and then my pizza was half smashed. It happens 🤷🏻‍♀️ but couldn’t recall my tip so now I’m nervous to tip to much and don’t always have cash on hand!

I made an order for curbside. Large Specialty (FREE 11th Pizza) + Large 5.99 Single topping (This was the current promotion)

I transferred my points to Caseys Cash - $6

I used my Caseys Cash for the pizza order and was left with Tax to pay.

Curbside pickup requires App Payment.

I put in my credit card information for the Tax and received an ERROR message.

The order did not go through.
My Credit Card was NOT charged.

however, my 11th pizza credit, and the $6 casey cash was not returned.

My account does show a mark for the single topping large pizza 1/10 .

So the App Did Not UnProcess The Order When The Order Was Rejected From The Error.

The apps only form of contact is e-mail. When I emailed they offered a 30day credit for a large pizza.

The App Screwed Up and the company doesn't care.

I am a Cashier at Caseys in Sycamore Illinois,about every 3 months I cannot get on the Caseys app and use any of my rewards,can someone please call me and walk me through creating an account again? on my cell phone it keeps telling me they have emailed me a pw to change my pw,but this is not happening,Thankyou JoAnn McGreevy 331 333 5225

My app won’t let me see rewards. I have at least 1 free pizza and $50 in Casey’s cash. Nothing I cannot save rewards. Have emailed 2 times and nothing back. About over it.
