Hi, my Point app will not load and I have no idea why. I reset my phone, force closes the app and it still will not load. It has been doing this since 8 pm last night

How to fix PointCard app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PointCard app on iPhone
Update PointCard app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PointCard iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PointCard on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PointCard network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PointCard Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PointCard not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PointCard App
1. On android, goto Settings » PointCard » click [Force Stop]

Update PointCard to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PointCard App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PointCard » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PointCard.

Fix PointCard unable to contact server/ PointCard internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PointCard » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PointCard » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PointCard
