I’ve literally been using it for years and now you get rid of it so I have to relearn all my log in info?? WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO INCONVENIENCE YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS.

So many things that changed for the worse. No option to pay via bank account and avoid the credit card fee. Plus credit card payment is capped $1,000. App is buggy and they have up user friendly for flashy. Not impressed, you took a great app and ruined it, for what?!

Why do I have to have a passcode on my phone to open MyXcelEnergy ? I never use a passcode on my phone. I feel like a passcode to pay an energy bill is a bit ridiculous.

MyXcelEnergy doesn’t work!! It did not allow me to sing in into my account and made me reset my password like 3 times (although I was writing the correct password). It makes me reset new passwords each time I try to sign in. Moreover it does not let me pay my bills!!! It does not show the detail, most of the screen is in blank and shows “error” everywhere for no reason. Please fix MyXcelEnergy, it is not working at all.

Ignore the fake positive reviews and wait for the current developers to be fired and a replacement team to fix this trash. Old app worked fine, this one goes to a white screen and isn’t usable. Back to the website with the browser again until they decide to release a working app.

Very disappointed in the new app, the old app actually worked and you could review everything that you needed to view, your usage, charges, etc. I can’t even log into the new app, it’s very disappointing!

Touch ID is active again. I’m able to pay my bill and see my usage, so I’m satisfied.

I know in 2022 we expect everything to be super quick so yes there could be some more updates where they hopefully fix the slowness of the login and homepage. Other than that, it’s a solid app…just be patient for it to load when you first download it.
