This new version let’s you add the weekly supplement in the app. That alone make it a better app. It also is smooth in the ordering process. Glad they upgraded. Only addition missing is adding to Apple wallet. That was a good option if in a hurry didn’t need to open app to scan.

When I ordered “no coffee” in the Mocha Madness, the store saw it as “No Choice” and had to call me back to ask what it was supposed to be. I wonder if this error is happening with other smoothies and I have a feeling a lot of customers will complain about this soon. I will update my review to 5 stars once this is fixed :) Also, can we PLEASE finally have the customization options available in store be in the app, or at least a special instructions option? For example, if I order mocha madness in store I can tell them I want “double cappuccino” but that’s not an option in the app, I have to call them and let them know before they make it. I can’t believe an entirely new app was made and the only difference I noticed is that it looks better, while removing the feature to scan and pay

I already do not understand why you need a new net a new app that does the same thing the last one did and then do you guys have the gall to say you upgraded someone from the status of supercharged to supercharged ? That’s the dumbest thing ever so there’s no extra perks for already being a loyal customer plus you lost the ability to pay at the register via app. TSC needs to first focus on the reliability and consistency of its restaurants it doesn’t matter where I go or where I travel the smoothies and the food should taste the same and be present in the same way. I’ve needed a bib to eat sometimes or use every napkin that came with my mail due to the fact that some food repair was extra liberal with the sauce or they decided not to roll the wrap up properly so food in and condiments were just falling everywhere that’s what tropical smoothie needs to work on not out
