Hi when logging in get message Abnormal situation occurred. Status 412

Dobry dzień. Dostałem wczoraj wiadomość w aplikacji, że muszę się ponownie zalogować, jednak zapomniałem hasła. Przeszedłem przez proces „zapomniałem hasła”, a następnie otrzymuję komunikat o statusie „412” z informacją „Wystąpiła nienormalna sytuacja” co mam zrobić?

Good day. I got message on app yesterday that I need to login again, however I forgot my password. I went through the 'forget password process, then I get status '412' message stating 'Abnormal Situation Occurred'

I have a problem with login after your migration to international data center. Problem is on phone with android 13. Message is status: 412(... user already migrated...). On my laptop with windows I have not problem with login. It works correctly.

Cant not connect get message Abnormal situation occurred . Status: 412 Tried to check password I now have 6 different codes that I have entered but says invalid and sends me a new one

I am not receiving verification code on my mail.

The 'consumption' reading on my app is hugely inflated. Its usually more than twice the actual usage. The company who installed the system are not helpful. What can I do? Is the system wired incorrectly? Thanks.

Solarman App stopped working over the weekend. Is there upgrrade works happening?

I have been using a desktop version, because the Android Phone version has been withdrawn from Google's Playstore. It was originally working perfectly through my Firefox browser, but just over a week ago it seemed to lose the link between my Solarman ID number and my physical installation. Whenever I try it wants me to 'Enter Plant' - i.e., give it all the details of my installation

Can not connect with server??

I am unable to connect to my installation, the message says there is "no power plant" and then disappears from the screen. I have closed and restarted my phone but it make no difference. I can connect on my laptop and desktop but not easily as it takes several attempts, my WiFi is working fine as I don't have any other issues connecting.
