First, GoBankFFB works for most things. But, if you are trying to get a statement to print out or even be available for viewing onscreen, you may not be able to. Talking to techs on the phone, they can’t really help either, because they don’t use iPads.(understandable). I could see part of the first page of my statement, but that was all. The old app worked fine in all regards of this. Just beware of what you need it for.

It has all the features but is worse than other banking apps I’ve used. GoBankFFB won’t show some transactions as even pending for 24 hrs, leaving me wondering if it went thru. Other banking mobile apps I’ve used would show pending transactions instantly, even if they took a day or two to process. Look to MECU for an app done right.

App good, but never able to do a remote deposit. Uninstalled and reinstalled app a couple times but can’t get it to work. Very frustrating!

Never allows me to access my Zelle history at night. Processing shouldn’t matter when I’m trying to view past records. Doesn’t give me a balance at night either. Just errors galore when trying to check in on my account. But when it works it’s nice. Also my account wont accept Zelle’s past a certain time either

I have several accounts, this is by far the worse banking app of them all. It doesn’t update quickly, I am currently trying to look at my transactions from earlier today, GoBankFFB doesn’t show current info...useless

The new app is great with one big exception... deposits are more difficult. Every time I have made a deposit, GoBankFFB has frozen up on me the first time, at which point I have to close GoBankFFB completely and start over. The old app was much easier for making deposits!

I would like GoBankFFB more if it can have my transactions easier to read or/and in order better like the old App and if i can finally check to see my pending deposit check before payday. It has the pending deposit but it doesn’t bring up my check

The FFB app is so much better than the previous app and online access through the website. It is now user friendly and provides the information I need. Great job!

I have multiple companies and multiple accounts. With GoBankFFB I don’t have to login logout anymore. I can switch effortlessly between accounts. Super easy to get in touch with Customer support too. This is a very well thought out app.

If you’re looking for a bank that is customer friendly, has all services, has convenient locations and helpful staff and leadership, this is the bank for you!
