I was denied was told selfie, passport and provided information not preferable. They may flop soon others having troubles signing up too. More banks in the sea with crypto plus old school banks getting on board with crypto.
I have 1 on November 24 somehow 5 showed.
I put back on December 20 after noticing it.

Someone at Vast Bank forgot to pay the bill for the 800 number

I made a mobile deposit of a check that was given to me by a corporation then suddenly my deposit disappeared and there is no information about it on VastBank so I called the 800 number and it seems like some incompetent loser in the back office decided on their own without verifying anything that the check was no good so they rejected it and closed the account .What pitiful bunch of losers .I would not bank with them again I recommend you stay away from them

Suddenly I can’t login anymore

So I’ve tried Webull, Robinhood, coinbase, and a few other crypto trading platforms. I also bank local AND national and have several bank accounts with major well known banks. This bank rejected me for a bank account with them !! Are you kidding me ?? Is this a joke ?? DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK WITH YOUR MONEY !! THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING !! And before you share a scripted response to try and make your bank look good and ego feel better, I do risk management for a living…. IDIOTS !!

Just set up an account with this bank. Over a thousand dollars stuck in there for weeks in pending status. No one ever answers email or phone numbers. Tried all their numbers local and 800. Makes you wait in hold for half hour then says to call back. Don’t trust your money in here because you will have no control over it..

I saw this and thought I’d signup. Read the reviews both positive and negative and have to agree with the negative reviews. I just set it up and on trying to sign in for the first time it’s rejecting my login details. In my opinion, if it’s so glitchy that you can’t even sign in using the proper credentials, you definitely shouldn’t trust it with your money and cryptocurrency.

I was excited when cast bank announced they were offering crypto, however it’s been a mess trying to open an account. Kept getting “ unable to open account, contact customer service.
After more than 10 times trying I am giving up. Will stay with Gemini for now.

After a successful account creation, I wasn’t allow to login, please fix this.

I created my account and funded it was pending for days
Now I’m unable to login anymore and my money was taken

After creating an account with them I can’t login saying login failed and I know exactly the password I used.
Then while trying to reset the passphrase it’s saying no security question and answer to reset your passphrase.
Very bad of this application.
I give them zero star.

I downloaded the vast bank app and went trough the registration process, after successfully completing registration I funded the account and bought some crypto. About a day later I was locked out of my account and I did not receive an email stating the reason why. So I called customer service and had to provide my FULL social security number over the phone in order to verify the account. Vast bank should inform customers that they are going to perform accounts reviews before completing registration and allowing customers to transfer funds into the account. The experience has been very frustrating and agravating. I just hope to get my money back in a timely manner.

I like VastBank and the company. Buying bitcoin from a bank is interesting. However, I have FaceID (iOS) enabled to login to VastBank . Every time I open VastBank , it scans FaceID, but still requires me to login with email and password. Makes no sense, and wastes time.

I can’t link my other account manually and not everyone have online to access to his/her account please try to update VastBank

I can’t find where to send bitcoin out from vast to another wallet. It’s disgusting

Not Working Just Yet

I’ve done everything needed to be done, I got to the maybe the last stage where I’m suppose to select a card design I want and I get error message. Why is it like that please look into this
