I prefer to be able to a full menu of choices and not have to move from screen to screen looking for what I need.

I also HATE the new bank statement. The watermark makes it almost unreadable. Also, I want a running statement that gives a balance after each transaction. Not only does it help you to monitor cleared transactions in relation to the daily balance, but it helps immensely when reconciling an account. I’m a CPA and I assure you that the small font used will make using these statements hard enough as it is.

And why are those that don’t sign up for estatements, permanently banned from them? What if I need a previous statement(s) for business purposes? For example, Medicaid requires 6 months of statements every single year. Most people are not organized enough to keep all of them; and I know that they would not accept a printout of a report run by me from LaCapitolFCU - nor would any other governmental entity.

When the system is down your balances are off and there may be some transactions that get declined because of this. I think an alert should be sent to our phones warning us of this instead of causing us to panic. Other than that LaCapitolFCU itself is Great!

Everything works great exception of the deposit feature. Could have spend the half hour I unsuccessfully tried to deposit two federal checks by just driving there. Tried it on other occasions as well but never successful unlike chases.

I love LaCapitolFCU . The only change I would like to see is the ability to transfer money to other banks. LaCapitolFCU is very easy to use and very accurate. I really like it so, keep up the good work.

Some improvements during recent years except for bill payment access which is less efficient.

I was able to download LaCapitolFCU in the middle of August. I didn’t have any problems with it until this last weekend, when they were doing upgrades/maintenance. Now I haven’t been able to use it since Saturday (Sept 8) or Sunday.

LaCapitolFCU cycles a bit too much and many times I have to check my account balance especially since I’m on FMLA. I have been taking care of my mother due to her illness and when I access my account it cycles over and over. This lag time causes frustration.
It would be a great idea to update LaCapitolFCU.

LaCapitolFCU has made it so easy to plan and check things. Not being tethered to a computer has been eye opening and much appreciated.

I enjoy the quick access of the site as well as the ease of locating the features. Straight to the point App, no need to contemplate where to search for information.

I totally love LaCapitolFCU and do most of my banking through the mobile app. The simplicity of checking my balance, depositing checks, transferring funds and accessing negotiated checks is amazing. But of course I miss my friends over at my local LaCap branch.

LaCapitolFCU has been very useful and is up to date on everything. It is very convenient to be able to make deposits and transfer money. I am pleased with it all.

Love using LaCapitolFCU . Do most of my transactions through app. It is convenient on my phone/tablet and extremely user friendly.

Love LaCap App! I can check balances, transfer money, deposit checks, link accts, etc. I never notice glitches nor have I had any issues with LaCapitolFCU . Super easy!

Very seldom have I had a problem. I have used their app for 13 years and only when I was offshore did a problem arise that was settled with a phone call

Been a customer for a long time. App is very easy to use like being able to transfer funds; pay bills; check balances when ever I want. The depositing of checks is super easy and quick.

Everything is real easy to get into. When paying bill money is released quickly.

I’ve been a customer for a very long time Eight years are better in LaCapitolFCU is perfect for my family. Only thing I have a problem is if someone hacked your card to speak to someone you have a hard time. But other than that it’s great thank y’all for y’all service

I used Dow Credit Union for years and when I moved over to Natchitoches La they did not have a branch. La Cap was the sister credit union. I love La Cap and LaCapitolFCU has never disappointed either. I’m able to do so much from home that in the past would have required a trip to the bank.

I've been with laCap many years and over the years they are always improving their website/app.

App works well for my needs. I do really like the new sign-in feature too-so easy.

This is the third month I have had trouble with the remote deposits. It randomly rejected my deposits and when I called the bank, they apologized and said it was a “random error”. Well, I don’t know about you, but I don’t want my money somewhere that has random errors with my money. It makes me wonder how many other errors they have made...

LaCapitolFCU gives you the option for mobile deposit but says you have to be logged in when I already am. I’m not sure if this feature is broken but it does need to be looked at.

LaCapitolFCU is very easy to use. I seldom ever handle any banking business in person. I use LaCapitolFCU which saves time & effort on my part.

I’ve lived in different cities and banked with other credit unions in the past, but LaCap is by far the best! Best rates, best products and services, and the friendliest, most helpful staff.
