-When changing profile picture, the picture doesn’t change.

-Chat is super laggy.

-Can only make a new account with a phone number.

-Main page audio overlaps with video audio.

-App kicks out user for no reason.

Blink app is telling me my credentials are wrong after asking me to sign in. I never have had to sign in previously so nothing has changed on my iphone 8. I really cannot "change password" because my cameras are 200 miles away. Any help would be appreciated. TJ

When the app is started by taping on a motion detected notification I can view all the recordings but if I want to switch to the main thumbnail screen, it is blank. The only fix seems to be to close the app and restart it. Very annoying.

After a recent power outage the homepage of my app still says we are off-line even though cameras are working fine. So I can’t access the individual cameras to turn them off

Have been 'working' with support for a couple of weeks now. 3 of 8 cameras will record from motion detection. Now home screen comes up blank. Have to log out/in to get it to work but still no video. Support has not been any help at all. Have already done all the reboots etc. that they suggest. Plus why do some cameras work and others don't? I suspect an app fault. Any other apps that control Blink?

Today the app refused to load on both my android phones. Have you changed the app without telling anyone. This crash has all the hallmarks of Amazon making a change. Then finding out nothing works. And says nothing. Checked playstore no updates there.

The BLINK app is crashing over and over. I've restarted the modem, replaced the batteries, logged in/out, and my software is up to date. Had just added another camera 3 months ago. Pissed!

I have having issues with live feed video on my blink camera 1. I restarted my WIFI 2. uninstalled and reinstalled the blink app. Attempt to get the latest version 3 re sync the module 4 removed batteries from the cameras for 5 minutes All of this and I continue to have issues with the video feed. The only thing that has changed is that we both got new Samsung Galaxy 22+ phones. I cannot believe that is would be the issue. Both phones are sync to the sync module. This is extremely frustrating not to mention a lack luster response. When individuals are having issues with their camera and live stream it shouldn't take 48 hours to respond.

The app crashed the second I open a camera for live view. It has been happening for a few days. I have signed in and out of the app, I have deleted the app and reinstalled and no matter what the app crashes. It is very frustrating.
