It won't let me verify my PayPal account to redeem my rewards.

Can’t cash out. Never had any issue before…..

All surveys are all saying survey closed even though I waited a day or more

Typical of surveys apps to start restricting the amount of surveys you do once you start making profit on their app, scummy but what can you do.

I am not getting any surveys at all the only thing that works is the daily poll .

five surveys displayed on my laptop today from sevanta. none working.

I don’t know what is wrong with the surveys it won’t do anything

when I click to share my code with friends, I get a pop up that says "oops, you'll need to verify your account to use share codes. It takes 10 seconds!" When I click Verify Now option and Verify Account option and enter my phone number, I get "oops unable to send code." I have been trying to share my code and verify my account for over a month and can't get past this point. Please fix this!

Eureka s magic link doesn’t show up 8n my mailbox 7nless I login thru the browser but the app is still logged out

It logged me out, and it says login with email and click magic link to send to your email. But nothing comes to my email. It’s been a couple days now. Please fix.

I've been trying to verify my phone number for several months and it will not allow me to. Each time I enter my ten digit number, I receive the message - unable to send to that number, please try again with a different number. Please advise. Thank you.

Dear Eureka Surveys, If you read this, know that your app has tons of flaws that need fixing, please get rid of closed and broken surveys right when they occur, as keeping them on your platform leads to frustration. The amount of broken surveys that crashed, closed down unexpectedly or just did not reward after finishing is just not fair. I mean, the amount of money I could have made with the app could have been decent, but it has been a major waste of time and effort, The one thing I found okay was that now it only takes five dollars to cash out instead of ten. Cashing out was super difficult back then, easier now. It still needs a better offerwall, AdGem does not have a contact forum, which makes it hard to earn from playing games. Thanks in advance. Please update the app and fix the glitches.

Ive HD the eureka app for a while now and it now rarely allows me into a survey to even attempt to qualify With the usual pre-questions and usually says that the survey is no longer available. I have changed nothing and my phone is the same iphone 11 it has been for 3 years now thus leaving.me to wonder what's going on with the app itself or the development etc of such. I have tried approx 75 times today to do surveys meeting the same old the surveys closed already and then have to log out and back in every time. I use to do surveys and make 10 or 20 per week now it's been over a month and can't make 10 dollars? What's changed

I cashed out to bank but I can’t do that so can I please have my funds added to PayPal or cash app. It was my first time using this and I did not see pay pal option until I already. Cashed out to bank

The app is not opening I had to delete the app multiple times because one it wouldn’t open or it wouldn’t let me login and I will just be on the front page of the app

I just downloaded your app today. Earned a few dollars then decided to log in tonight and it won't let me log in. It tells me to check in email a lot in instantly and I don't get an email. I've tried about 10 times.
