I rarely give reviews on apps since it either works for me or doesn’t
But this Your new or updated app is simply not up to the task, it keeps telling me “error, sorry, there appears to be a hitch” and then takes me back to the homepage to start the whole error process again.
I have searched in vain for the merchant ID portal and can’t find it
I am unable to use the momo….naaah no good. Let us go back to the 170…😩😩😩
I don’t see why I have to get data before I can get to use the same app that I wanna purchase data or bundles with. It’s not laudable at all. MTN you can do better please makes it very irritating especially if you wanna buy data but keeps on tell you to check your internet service first. Please it shouldn’t be so
MyMTNGhana is very slow and especially when you need it to make transactions and it doesn’t work when you don’t have data but how??.. it’s a nice app but if you don’t fix it you will become very useless ..because using the short codes even seem faster than MyMTNGhana and doesn’t how it supposed to be .. if that’s how it is going to be then there is no need to download MyMTNGhana because it’s very frustrating …
The new update with the revamped UI has totally messed up my experience with MyMTNGhana , the previous UI wasn’t all that intuitive but it functioned, but the new UI is just a mess, and all am seeing on my Home section, are tabs I don’t normally use, and I cannot reorder the tabs to pull up the tabs I need to show information I need, this is really annoying. I don’t think MyMTNGhana has been optimised for some phones.
I downloaded MyMTNGhana because I travelled out and to use my momo feature on MyMTNGhana ,I need to be running on mtn data which will charge me 5ghc/1mb because it’s roaming …. This is really stupid and inconsiderate
After all I have data from other sources,be it wifi or other cellular networks so I should be able to access it
U people need to think and work smarter and stop frustrating we the consumers with ur incompetence to function well
MyMTNGhana was fine a few weeks ago but now I find it unusable. The Momo bit is broken, wants me to get off WiFi first, which I do, then it tells me
"Please ensure connectivity with your MTN data sim in your mobile device." Called customer care, no solution. I tried to get a mash up bundle and that didn't work either. It fails at the last point where they have to send a prompt for my pin.
Finally managed to do it with the USSD. And with that the flash message appeared with the transaction details empty. Entering my pin resulted in transaction failed. Had to go and get it done in the approvals section. I'm still giving 4 stars because there have been periods I enjoyed using it over the last year.
This always has issues and bugs upon every update. This time is keeps prompting me to mobile data internet connection to access mobile money service even if I’m using mobile data service already.
I’ve been using MyMTNGhana for a while now & it’s been cool. Most of the features I need usually work & it’s faster than using shortcodes & USSD. I am on the latest Update but for the Past week I CANNOT SEE MY BALANCES on the homescreen & there isn’t any option to do so within MyMTNGhana . If this is not fixed I’d have to uninstall the MTN App cos that’s the only way I can track how I limit your VERY expensive Bundles consumption(apart from mashUp & Midnight bundles). Please fix this bug!
Good afternoon, please I just paid off my loan the date is not even due. But I just paid all to grant a new loan for something urgent and it keep telling me I'm not qualified to take a loan but I should check back regularly which I don't understand. Please explain to me I need money to pay for something urgent please do something. Thank you
MyMTNGhana is always having technical issues and makes buying of bundle difficult can you guys please fix it so we are able to use it smoothly
MyMTNGhana is cool and easy to use but this few days it’s working at all , anytime i opened MyMTNGhana then it keep saying connecting error or please connect to internet which I don’t understand, please work this issue out for us , thank you
Just downloaded MyMTNGhana and it's smooth and responsive but limited features. There should be MoMo option to buy data and airtime. Airtime Only limited to vouchers. The developers should also fix the profile name bug that shows your name twice and the device model detection.
Great app but lacks certain important features. Would be glad if you could kindly add options to send SMS messages, and also save and manage SIM contacts right from MyMTNGhana . Sometimes it is inconvenient to send text messages directly from the phones in which our SIM cards have been placed.
Previously you can find all your call and data packages you have subscribed to in detail all on MyMTNGhana but recently it only shows simple subscriptions and all the details of other packages you are subscribed to are missing, fix it...
Why do I need to have data before I can use my network providers up, the same up I would use in buying data and making various transactions. It doesn’t make sense whatsoever, especially considering the fact that your internet is awful in some areas like mines. I downloaded MyMTNGhana at first & deleted it, because I found myself stranded ones and was out of data but I could use the up while the short codes weren’t working.
Why can’t you just make sure everything works before you release an update. I’ve been experiencing the same issue when I try and transfer airtime to another mtn number using my available airtime balance . Initially it will work once or twice and then just stops working until you uninstall and reinstall . Now it doesn’t work at all after the latest update. I am not impressed by such trivial issues that can be easily resolved.
The new design for MyMTNGhana is great but not being able to check the bundle of the sim in my turbonet modem from MyMTNGhana has been a bit problematic.
Everything else is fine but the momo keeps asking to disconnect from Wi-Fi after I do that it asked to confirm connectivity to the Sim card but still doesn’t work.
Also not to be picky but a dark theme option won’t be bad
I just updated it and after everything I can’t open it anymore please fix it
I don't want to give it a low rating because it works just fine for me but the new 25 years anniversary update. Please do something about it. The advertisement in there is making it malfunction and creating connection problems. Also add features to purchase data for Turbonet SIM cards. Thank you
