I AM TRYING TO REMOVE A SMART LOCK USER IN MY KWIKSET APP , I HAVE DONE THIS MANY TIMES BUT THIS ONE USER WONT DELETE OR EDIT, IT JUST BLINKS AND KICKS ME OUT OF THE APP. I CAN DELETE OR EDIT ANY OTHER USERS WITH NO ISSUE

A couple weeks ago, I updated to a newer iPhone. I had to reinstall the app on the new phone. Everything “works” but I previously was able to set a new code from anywhere. Now I am only able to set a new code when I am within the 3 feet distance to Bluetooth to the lock on the door. Is there a workaround for this?

My Kwikset app won't open. I just see a spinning icon so I can't see the lock status or assign a new code. I have already had to set the lock back to factory defaults and manually enter all the existing codes. I don't want to reinstall the app because I would have to enter all that data again.

Kwikset phone app won't let me log in says not connected to Internet when I am is there a major outage going on when I call customer support it just goes through different menus and then hangs up on me

Same here...The new 2.0 app just came out and a new crashing feature was introduced.

The Kwikset app on my android running on Galaxy S22 just started crashing this week. It seems to still be sending "notifications" when the lock is used, but the app itself when started on the phone appears to open to a splash screen and then simply exits out. It was working fine within the last two weeks.
