My bf's phone with the app broke and can't access the code given to him for his new one. how to fix?
Hi there! I have been unable to use my pebbles to purchase anything at all while my partner can.
When i try connecting to facebook, it brings up continue as this facebook, i click it and it takes me to SumOne but keeps it on a blank screen
The app doesn't even start at all. It just tries to open and closes before it does. I have installed it and uninstalled it, updated my phone and restarted it and nothing... our 2nd year birthday is coming up and this leaves me a bit sad
SumOne does not start at all, I've tried everything, I deleted the cache, and tried again, it didn't help. So I went to the application settings and deleted the data, that didn't work either as I kept trying to log in endlessly. There was no update to be done, so I uninstalled it and installed it again, it still didn't help, it stuck on the screen for logging into the account directly, I waited more than 20 minutes and nothing.
When I try to watch ads to earn pebbles, the app is not allowing me to. Instead of "Loading" and the number of ads remaining, is written "Adjusting". And it doesn't load and I cant watch ads.
I have perfect service, but every single time I try to open Sumone it shows me the opening screen for like 10 seconds then closes and I don't know how the hell to fix it. This has been an issue since I first got it.
My wife is perfect and fine and this was working yesterday but today, I get stuck on the sumone opening screen and it freezes there and then exits the app with me doing anything
It says connection is unstable even though my wifi works fine. If I shut off the wifi and use data it works fine
It just says sumone and won't load
Every time I open the app, it says unstable internet connection but the internet and wifi is strong :/ It is also up to date so I’m not sure what to do
