I cannot get the 5 day weather to work, Keeps stating no weather data. I can get the tide, wind, and wave data on their tabs.
1st. problem is that previous emails for help have been ignored for weeks! Had a problem w/ Hook Reveal 7 not accepting GPS waypoint entrys if the seconds digits included any over 5. If I type in a 6-9 it just doesn't show on my screen. Got this fixed after finally getting thru on the phone, but now that I'm trying to use the app, it's having the same issue.

Hello! I own HDS Live 12" and Elite FS9 which I use for the Active Target. They are connected together also. I have problem sharing the HDS Live 12" and Elite FS9" screens to my mobile or tablet. At first the app worked just fine. Is it possible that the problem came when my brother used his phone to connecet to the device? We both have separate accounts for you app. I tried logging out from both of our phones and tablet but the problem persists. Should we delete all the apps from phones and tablet, re-install only one of them and try again? Or do we need to reset the HDS Live or Elite FS9 devices somehow?
