The weather tab is not working. Says no internet connection but everything else is working fine. Please help to fix the problem. Thanks, John

To resolve Fishing Points network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Fishing Points App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fishing Points » click [Force Stop]

Clear Fishing Points App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fishing Points » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fishing Points.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fishing Points » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fishing Points » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fishing Points
