I used GETCHO for the first time today. I was excited to not have to take my small child out In the ugly weather, and instead have my item retrieved and delivered to me from a relative’s house.
I put in the request, and got a driver no problem, except apparently this app just contracts with Postmates and DoorDash to use their drivers without telling the drivers themselves! How do I know this? Because the driver assigned to me was weirded out and tried to say that Postmates delivers food only. He had never heard of this app. After a little convincing (promise of a tip), he agreed to pick up and deliver the item, but this app doesn’t have any way to tip drivers through GETCHO ! Luckily he had Venmo, and everyone walked away happy. this app is definitely a promising app, and I would use it again, but somebody needs to fill in the poor drivers!

Easy to use and reliable. Sent two packages in one day using GETCHO and was happy with both deliveries.

Would love the ability to track the driver when picking up a delivery (can only track after it has been picked up and out for delivery) and also the ability to tip driver in GETCHO . Customer service is fast and responsive - I was able to easily cancel a pickup and have a tip added for the driver through text.

Keep in mind that delivery times are longer than using Uber or Lyft, but prices are more reasonable and the overall experience was better.

I’m honestly amazed at how good GETCHO is, I’ve used it twice to pick something up for me and both times I’ve received my item in under 15 mins from placing the pick up order, which is nuts. It’s like these couriers are always exactly where I’m placing my pick up, they show up within a minute or two. When I first set up my account I encountered an issue because I didn’t have my ID with me to verify, and customer service texted me asking if I was having trouble and immediately solved it for me and were very nice and helpful. Everything about my experience using GETCHO has been great.

When I say I have NEVER HAD BETTER SERVICE I mean it. They are so great and made sure to keep me updated the whole time. Love and will be using again.

I had to get clothes to my mother in a rehab facility in NYC and Im out of state. I used this app to deliver an order from Macys to her and it saved the day! Will use them again when needed 🤗

The best service! GETCHO is very easy to use, set and track. Always on time!
Other apps don’t go in to the store to search for your package.

If you ever need a store pick up delivered to you, definitely use this app! I was skeptical at first, but the company and service was outstanding!! They were right on top of everything. The whole process was so easy and fast!

I just discovered this app. I had a purchase at Nordstrom I couldn’t pick up. As a first time user they were very available and helpful all the way through. Delivery in under 30 minutes! I’ll definitely be using their service again.

I used this app for the first time a couple of weeks ago to deliver a birthday present to my brother. GETCHO was so easy to use, the gift got there on time, and I even had a customer support service messaging me updates on the status of the delivery. 10/10 recommend!

This is my first app review but I felt the need to write because this app were so great. I’ve been looking to an alternative to the predatory food apps that screw drivers and bankrupt restaurants and I’m hoping this app can fill that niche. When I downloaded it I got a nice text from this app and they guided me through my first order - and my tacos were delicious!

Had a problem with a pickup (due to store not the courier) and they would not give up on my order, really easy and fast to get ahold of support, they worked hard to get it right, really saved the day! Will definitely use this service again!

I haven’t heard of the service before, but leaving for a work trip. In a few hours I needed to get an outfit delivered from Bloomingdale’s ASAP. The customer service was wonderful and I wasn't disappointed that I made this risk at all. I will definitely be using the service again.

I needed something picked up last second and found GETCHO. I was able to get everything set up, and had someone pick up my order all within the hour. Great communication from both team members (shout out to Jack!) and I definitely plan on using this again!

What can I say? I loaned my car to my daughter. On the job site. Need 3 x 60lb bags of cement. Now!!! Found GETCHO. Within an hour I had the cement. I made an error in the ordering process (my fault) low and behold - got a text confirming - I goofed up - no worries I’ll relay the info to driver.

Great service. Great price. Daughter was ill, home with a baby, couldn’t drive. Meds were prescribed but no way to get them. We parents in on another town here in Texas. Found GETCHO got the meds delivered very quickly. Before we could get there. These guys are amazing and helped our family when we couldn’t. Can’t say enough or recommend more highly.

I have used this service three times now and they are rock stars. Today, there was an issue picking up my order and this app text me, called the manager of the location and handled everything while keeping me in the loop. I have yet to have any kind of delivery or courier service be this professional, courteous, and on top of things. I will continue to use them again and again! Very fair price and delivered quickly. I’m a forever customer!

this app is super easy to use and convenient. I love having the ability to send and receive things at the tap of a button, and can't wait to see this app expand!
