1 year agoHello, my smart watch reset steps on its screen at zero at 9PM instead of Midnight. How do I fix this so it waits until midnight to reset steps at zero? Do I need to reset watch and start over? Did I fill out a wrong time during the setup phase?

1 year agoYfit for my Ticwris watch model RS worked fine on my previous phone, a Huawei p30-lite. I cannot get it to work on my new phone, a Samsung Galaxy A53-5G. The blue jumps on the Yfit page Background Operating Authority, called "Click>" do not work for -Autostart or -Battery Manager. I get a "Jump Failed" message. I tried to follow the instructions under these two Click>s but my watch still does not respond when I receive email and SMS messages from my A53. Please help!

Not linking
Stopped linking with the app and now I can’t control music from my watch or see the weather on my watch or get message notifications from my watch and I don’t get call notifications on my watch it used to work now it doesn’t bc when I try to add a device it won’t link. The app shows the watch but everytime I try to link it it just says search again on the app

Worthless
I bought the watch and downloaded the app. The watch pairs to the phone’s Bluetooth but will not pair with its own app. The 5 star reviews here are clearly written by bots because none of them is written in correct English. This app is worthless. I’m deleting it and returning the watch.

Good for the cost, could be better
I like using this watch during my spin class The watch , when it works, says I use more calories then the bikes computer. I can live with that. What I don’t like is the times that I finish my workout and the watch has not recorded it, or when I work out and get a graph that shows the watch was counting my heart rate, and has registered the time of my workout , but shows zero distance and zero calories. Please update the app for apple phones.
