How to fix YFit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the YFit app on iPhone
Update YFit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall YFit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix YFit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve YFit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

YFit Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix YFit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the YFit App
1. On android, goto Settings » YFit » click [Force Stop]

Update YFit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YFit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » YFit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart YFit.

Fix YFit unable to contact server/ YFit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click YFit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto YFit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch YFit
