I had to wait 2 extra weeks for you guys to verify my card and then when I was out of the country you charged me 50 rupees and I didn’t get a notification because I wasn’t in the country. Then you charged me a penalty of 2000 rupees thrice on that and I ended up paying 6000 for a 50 rupee charge. I blocked my card… and then a month later opened up the statement per chance to make sure and lo and behold another charge on the card 3 days before my due date and this was despite the fact that the card was blocked. I called your helpline and was told you can charge the ‘chip fee’ at any time even if the card is blocked. You’d have charged me another 2k for it.

You guys are horrible and I’m going to make sure to tell everyone never to come to you guys. I’m going to leave a bad review on every channel and I hope this review can save someone from suffering through this absolutely disgusting service.

This application crashes every time I log in. I’ve kept FaysalDigiBank up to date but none of the issues are ever resolved.

I have never came across a worse BANKING app than this one. What a shame. Cant even see my credit card details. Unable to make payments. App crashes all the time. Name an issue and FaysalDigiBank has it.

I can’t see my credit card transactions in app which make me sick I have complaint several time but the issue is still not resolved

Can’t register I entered the date of birth and every thing else it’s still saying DOB is missing. You guys will be left behind in the age of internet soon.

Someone have just copy pasted the theme and haven’t worked on the functionality of FaysalDigiBank

FaysalDigiBank is in a constant state of 'not-responding', be it loading bill payments, beneficiary management or whatever else. It's probably a few 'years' early in development and launched prematurely.

Every time there is a new update available for FaysalDigiBank, login functionality stops working and user have no clue why this is not working.

Not able to login does not allow to copy past the password

Virtual card status change option is not working.
Also don’t have option to transfer money from virtual card to main account. Please fix these issues as soon as possible

Unable to perform any transactions or payment or transfer. Crashes every single time!
Cannot pay any utility bill or child fee from faysal bank credit card.
Useless services and app.

Faysal Bank Mobile App has to be one of the worst online mobile banking platforms in the banking industry. I have downloaded FaysalDigiBank multiple times and every time I try to register I am unable to register on it. I also use other bank mobile apps and they have such user freindly registration processes. This in my option should be rated 0/5.

I have been using FaysalDigiBank for quite sometime now and after giving the leverage to them for several times I am finally loosing my patience because FaysalDigiBank crashes on so many functions esp on the faysal pay every time without a miss.
From a well known bank in this country, FaysalDigiBank seems like a joke!!

I am using it quite while and know its still improving but whenever i try to check my last 3 months transactions history, App got crashed everytime and when i have to transfer funds every limited banks option
Like mobilink bank and telenor bank.
So look into it and remove bugs

Forget username and forget password options do not work at all !! Please look into ASAP

I just opened a new account this week and I was charged for a transaction. I just checks the mini statement and it crashed

Please put Easypaisa support so we can transfer out money from bank account to easypaisa account

Finally fysal bank released a very flexible and smooth digital banking application. I’m very happy 😃...

I am glad that you worked on the customer feedback. So happy to see this much improvement. It is not perfect but too good as compare to previous version.
