Absolutely Terrible

I have attempted to use this application 4-5 times now in one night. I have waiting almost three hours to be connected with one single provider and as soon as I am next in line or in the top four, the system transfers me to another provider because my original provider is no longer available. The problem with this, is that it sends me to the back of the line with a new provider and - like I said - I began this process at 5PM. It is now 8PM and I’m still trying to get a provider to see me. Literally in the verge of tears; this is so frustrating!!!!

Terrible

After registration I was in line for about 45min. For the first doctor that ended up canceling on me when I was finally next in line. Sent to three more doctors that did the same thing. On my last one and over 2 hours later I decided to download teledoc to which I went through the registration and promptly got a doctor to call me back within 5 minutes. Don’t bother with lee Telehealth and just go straight to teledoc.

Does not connect

I had a virtual appointment at 9:35 AM I stayed on till 10:52 AM. I kept seeing different names pop up and no one ever connected. The worse thing is they were calling me and sending me texts and you can’t see them while on line with telmed. There is a lot of bugs to work out.
