After I completed a charge yesterday, my App crashed & says "Oops! Something unexpected occurred. Please check internet connection..." It now immediately says this when I open the App or when I try to log in. My other apps have internet access. Android phone.

I have the Oops problem. Unexpected error check your connection. Weeks ago and I can't solve it, I've done all the suggested procedures and it doesn't work. It works on any other device except my iphone. I repeat, I already uninstalled, I already reset the network settings, I will already have my iphone 100% and it didn't solve. Where can I do?

Cant talk with anyone by phone,I recently purchased a Genesis GV 60 and now the app gives me a message”oops something unexpected occurred. Please check your internet connection and try again” my internet connection is fine? Also do I need a new access code for the app.
My app does not update current charging session status. I can't check to see if it is at 80% ever bc it just shows the initial data with no updates and a time from when charging started. Other ev apps let you check in so you don't have to guess when to go back to car. Your app has never worked like that for me

App won't complete initial setup, get to the end to confirm and I get the Oops something unexpected message, I have deleted, reloaded 50 times? over 3 days talked to customer support for 3 hours and they seemed to be baffled as well, sent numerous screen shots .
