Close and restart the HEATmap app on iPhone
Update HEATmap app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HEATmap iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HEATmap on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HEATmap network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent HEATmap app issues:

Force Stop the HEATmap App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click HEATmap app. » click "Force Stop".

Update HEATmap to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HEATmap App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "HEATmap app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch HEATmap.

Fix HEATmap unable to contact server/ HEATmap internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click HEATmap » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got HEATmap » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HEATmap on android.
