Trying to transfer contact data from ipad to motorola mobile phone. App keeps crashing or “cannot connect to host”. I have updated the app on both devices.

Attempting to transfer data from Samsung Note 3 to Oukitel WP15 but has been un-successful bcuz of "Unable to connect with Host". Any solution despite I turn-on and re-check permissions on both devices and both are connected via WiFi, NFC, and Blue Tooth.
