- SLO-Mo videos get downloaded as regular video. No slomo effects transfer.

- Unable to download photos in mass and have them put in folders by date/month.

- Unable to upgrade to premium.

I just purchased Simple Transfer app because my phone is about out of storage but Simple Transfer keeps crashing. I want to move photos and videos to my PC. Another strange thing I noticed is I see the app on my phone desktop, but it's not in my settings list. Please help! I was thinking this was going to be simple. Thank you.

simple transfer will not transfer videos to my computer

worked fine all morning. Now it tells me phone is not connected. Phone IS connected. I restarted modem and phone. I still get the same message.

How to fix Simple Transfer app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Simple Transfer app on iPhone
Update Simple Transfer app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Simple Transfer iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Simple Transfer on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Simple Transfer network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Simple Transfer not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Simple Transfer App
1. On android, goto Settings » Simple Transfer » click [Force Stop]

Update Simple Transfer to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Simple Transfer App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Simple Transfer » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Simple Transfer.

Fix Simple Transfer unable to contact server/ Simple Transfer internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Simple Transfer » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Simple Transfer » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Simple Transfer
