Free version of mind pal just started crashing on startup after prompted upate.Ipad ios 13.

Hello, I'm a bit confused as to why some games seem to count towards performance percentages but others don't. After successfully completing many games in a row at a high level and being told 'You scored higher than 99.9% of the users' there is no improvement in my performance score, yet other games seem to have an immediate effect on the stats. Please advise. Thank you.

Won't load

When I try to open the app, it's stuck on the loading screen. This started a few days ago, with no cause that I can see.

MindPal getting stuck/frozen when finishing up the share to FB (to open locked 3rd game) Tried quitting and reopening multiple times as well as shutting down phone - no joy. Any ideas? No updates are pending

I would like the option to turn off the timer. In other words, I’d like unlimited time to complete a puzzle/game. Is that possible? Thank you.

MindPal is sticking. It sticks on a letter & won’t move on

Both my wife & I have premium versions. On my phone still works but on tablet is totally frozen with kola. Tried rebooting a number of times

No problems at all till now. I didn't get my reminder today, and now the app crashes the minute I load it. I'm on an LG Thinq8. I would delete and reload, but I don't want to lose my subscription. I'm not having luck with the suggestions on the website. Help?

I paid the $39 for the year and after 3 weeks Mindpal won't load on my Samsung phone... It was working perfectly before ... Please fix or give me a refund ... Thank you

My mindpal app keeps freezing (Samsung A51) and even when I reboot it, it doesn't solve the problem. I've even uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It only seems to work 50% of the time. Very frustrating 😪

I'm on android using a Samsung S21 Ultra and the app is totally frozen. The app has crashed, so I can't send any feedback. I have done a hard reboot and soft restart of my phone - nothing changed. What can I do to resolve this? All I have is the MindPal Koala stuck on my screen... frustrating and worried I will lose my data.

App only works on my Iphone not on iPad
