How to fix Elevate app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Elevate app on iPhone
Update Elevate app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Elevate iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Elevate on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Elevate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Elevate Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Elevate not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Elevate App
1. On android, goto Settings » Elevate » click [Force Stop]

Update Elevate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Elevate App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Elevate » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Elevate.

Fix Elevate unable to contact server/ Elevate internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Elevate » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Elevate » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Elevate
