cannot register for the first time.
app keeps saying it wants to close and offers me the option to close app or wait.
Whiskers app notifications will not load. Just see circle going around. Restarted phone but doesn't help.
When I am in the whiskers app it will not allow me to turn on and off the robot 3. It is also showing that the panel lock is on and I cannot turn it off. When I try to it just spins like it is sending a signal but nothing happens. I have tried unplugging the robot, rebooting my router, Uninstalling and reinstalling the app and reconnecting to my WiFI through the app. None of this helped
Whiskers app is opening and connected to network. Not allowing manual start cycle or sending notifications.
No notification sounds. No ability to customize notification sounds. Why bother with WiFi if it doesn't work.
When trying to adjust the lighting setting, the screen will not scroll down to "save" so this screen is stuck open. I have to reset my phone to get the screen back to the main page; settings for lighting never get set.
Whisker App is not working have tried ever rest option... called in a non one to help. Never had this problem on the Litter Robot App!
My Litter Robot 3 will not connect to my whisker app/phone! I followed connection directions and troubleshooting to a T and it just never connects. It just stays on the “Connecting…. This could take a few minutes” page for HOURS. Eventually the litter robot Bluetooth function/onboarding function turns off from inactivity even though my app still says it’s trying to connect. I have tried everything and tried connecting over 50 times with ever trick in the book. Even tried using different phones. No issues with my phones Bluetooth or wifi.
App will not open. Just gives me the yellow opening screen with the logo on it.
Whiskers App has been hacked it is sending FAKE messages every few seconds.

My whiskers app is an opening I just get the yellow screen with the whiskers logo I have reset my phone six or seven times I've made sure the app is updated are you guys having problems on your end I don't know my husband is able to open the app on his phone but I am not
