I cannot get the app to work on my iPad. Either shows a black screen or if it does open crashes. Has been going on for 3 weeks. Very frustrated as I pay for a yearly membership.

i cannot connect to Brainwell. i click on the icon, black screen comes up and after a few seconds the logo comes up but goes out after a few seconds. This issue started yesterday July 16.
