THIS APP IS RIDICULOUS THERE IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE EVEN WITH REFRESHING NOT 100% ACCURATE IT ALWAYS SAYS WAITING FOR GPS OR WATITING TO IDENTIFY BUS AND THE ARRIVAL TIMES AND DROP TIMES ARE OFF FROM TIME TO TIME LIKE TODAY ALL I HAVE IS BLANK TAN SCREEN NO MAP FIX THIS DANG APP WHY ARE WE DOWNLOADING THIS APP IF CAN'T SEEM TO GET IT RIGHT?

This app has not been working since yesterday morning and still up to now. How can we know when the bus is coming late ? We need as parents to be able to track our kids buses for safety purposes and get informed of when the bus will be late. This is not a reliable source altogether the CCSD transportation is not reliable

How to fix CCSD Onboard app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CCSD Onboard app on iPhone
Update CCSD Onboard app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CCSD Onboard iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CCSD Onboard on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CCSD Onboard network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CCSD Onboard Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CCSD Onboard not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CCSD Onboard App
1. On android, goto Settings » CCSD Onboard » click [Force Stop]

Update CCSD Onboard to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CCSD Onboard App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CCSD Onboard » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CCSD Onboard.

Fix CCSD Onboard unable to contact server/ CCSD Onboard internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CCSD Onboard » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CCSD Onboard » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CCSD Onboard
