How to fix Relias app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Relias app on iPhone
Update Relias app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Relias iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Relias on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Relias network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Relias Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Relias not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Relias App
1. On android, goto Settings » Relias » click [Force Stop]

Update Relias to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Relias App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Relias » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Relias.

Fix Relias unable to contact server/ Relias internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Relias » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Relias » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
